Graduate Vacation Scheme
Your future starts here
This is your chance to explore your potential, make your mark, and take a meaningful step towards legal qualification, with a firm where you can truly belong, contribute, and thrive.
Our Graduate Vacation Scheme is the perfect first step on your journey to becoming a Lawyer, designed for final-year university students and graduates who want to explore a career in law.
Over the course of one week, you’ll gain real insight into how a modern law firm operates, experience different areas of legal practice, and start to understand where your interests and strengths lie.
You do not need a law degree to apply. We are looking for motivated individuals who are curious about the legal profession and keen to learn.
It’s our intention that you will end the scheme with invaluable experience, new and meaningful connections, and a heightened sense of career direction.
What You’ll Experience
Whether you find yourself drafting documents, creating a presentation, attending client meetings, researching cases, or even observing in court, you’ll be guided by our experts and working alongside similarly talented and driven aspiring lawyers.
Throughout the week, you will:
Work alongside our Lawyers on real legal tasks and client work
Take part in practical workshops, training, and presentations
Gain exposure to a variety of practice areas and departments
Build connections with trainees, associates, and senior leaders
Attend a midweek social event (Wednesday evening)
Present your ideas and receive personalised feedback
