Antony Glyptis

Antony manages all the learning & development needs and requirements for employees and the business. He is based at our Waterfront office within the HR team.

He is passionate about supporting people to develop and learn both in their role and as part of their career development in line with business needs. Starting in the ambulance service at 18, he became passionate about L&D there where he became a trainer, moving into a L&D Manager role later in his career and has enjoyed it for over 15 years.

Outside of Talbots, Antony enjoys time with his family and friends both at home and out and about. When he can he loves to get involved in craft or DIY activities and learning new skills. Travelling is something he started later in life but has visited some amazing places and realises there are plenty more places to explore.
