Ben Taylor

Ben joined Talbots Law in 2025 as a Recruitment Executive, based at the Waterfront office. Since then, he’s been focused on helping the firm grow by connecting great people with the right opportunities. He takes a straightforward, people-first approach to recruitment, getting to know people properly, understanding what they’re looking for, and matching that with where Talbots Law is heading as a business. For Ben, it’s not just about filling roles; it’s about helping people build careers they’re genuinely excited and passionate about.

With extensive experience across legal recruitment and talent acquisition, both in-house and in agency, he brings a well-rounded and practical perspective. He works closely with hiring teams across the firm while also supporting candidates through every step of the process, keeping things clear, honest and straightforward.

Outside of work, Ben plays in a band that tours around the UK and Europe, playing festivals and shows. When he’s not away playing, most of his time is spent with his wife and their two young boys. That usually means film nights, reading, gaming together, and plenty of trips to the park!
