Gracie Sheppard

Gracie joined Talbots in 2024 as a HR Administrator, and more recently in 2026 has started the role of HR Assistant. In 2025, Gracie has expanded her knowledge by completing her CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. Gracie enjoys applying this learnt knowledge to her day-to-day role, assisting with general HR queries and administration.

Outside of work, Gracie enjoys music and playing several instruments, including the harp. She plays at concerts and events for friends and family, to share her passion for music with others.

Fun fact - Gracie designed the Black Country Flag, inspired by the region’s industrial heritage, including its chains and glassmaking history.
