Kirstie Taylor

Kirstie has nearly 10 years’ experience in recruitment, specialising in the legal sector throughout her career. Originally from the South West, she moved to the Midlands in 2012 and has built her career there since. Before joining Talbots in 2025, Kirstie worked within legal specialist recruitment agency teams, partnering with a wide range of law firms from high street and boutique practices to multi-office Legal 500 and Top 200 firms, and has recruited across all practice areas.

Based in the Waterfront office as part of the HR team, Kirstie is a highly people-focused Recruitment Executive who supports all elements of the recruitment process, from initial enquiries through to offer stage. She places a strong emphasis on building effective working relationships with both candidates and stakeholders, taking the time to truly understand individuals and their needs, enabling her to find the right fit for everyone involved.

When she’s not working, Kirstie is kept on her toes by her two young sons and young-in-spirit husband, who definitely bring the chaos! She also enjoys live music and getting to gigs whenever she can, watching the F1 and spending quality time with family and friends.
