Molly Ross

Molly joined Talbots in 2023, establishing the new role of Payroll and Benefits Executive. After working in accountancy practice for 8 years covering Payroll, Self Assessment, Bookkeeping and VAT, she was ready to specialise in the area she found most interesting and rewarding, Payroll.

Alongside the in-house payroll function, Molly processes expenses reimbursed back to employees and the day-to-day running on company benefits.

Outside of work, you’ll find Molly going to pilates classes, socialising with friends and family or curled up on the sofa reading a book with her tiny 2kg chihuahua.
