We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team in Stourbridge and take ownership of a varied, high‑quality caseload and play a key role within a growing and high‑performing team.

Working closely with a broad range of commercial clients, you will handle interesting and complex matters and have the support to further develop your expertise in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development work and secured lending.

The department boasts strong referral networks, established client relationships and provides opportunities to get involved in meaningful business development. The role offers the autonomy to run your matters confidently, while still benefiting from collaboration with experienced colleagues.

What does the job involve? 

*         Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.

*         Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.

*         Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively and professionally.

*         Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.

What you need?

*         Qualified Solicitor with approx. 1–5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.

*         Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.

*         Excellent client-care focus and communication skills.

*         Ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail.

*         Proactive, organised and motivated to develop your career.

*         Good knowledge of the local commercial property market.
