15. Recruitment Agencies

Talbots Law operates a strict candidate submission process.

Agencies must first provide an anonymised candidate profile and may only submit a full CV where this has been expressly requested by our Careers Team.

Any CVs or candidate details submitted without prior request, or shared directly with individuals outside of the Careers Team, will be treated as unsolicited. In such circumstances, the introduction will be deemed a gift and Talbots Law reserves the right to engage the candidate without any obligation to pay an introduction or placement fee.

Talbots Law does not accept terms or conditions attached to unsolicited CV submissions, and such terms shall have no legal effect.

No fees will be payable in respect of any candidate submitted in breach of this process, regardless of any subsequent engagement.
